Repairs, Scissor Sharpening and Maintenance:
We clean and repair many types of sewing/serger/embroidery machines including machines over one hundred years in age. We are also able to repair industrial sewing machines.
We are only able to perform warranty repairs for Bernina and Janome machines. Please contact your machine manufacturer for further instructions.
We are able to repair many different brands of machines. When cleaning and repairing we are limited to addressing the mechanical parts only. Please contact your manufacturer for further instruction.
Clyde and Mike are our two dedicated technicians and they have been certified by Bernina and Janome. Once certified they attend regular trainings to maintain current in repair knowledge.
It is our goal to have your machine ready to go by the end of the day. If your machine requires extensive work or parts to be ordered the wait time will require longer wait times.
If you've got a problem that needs fixed right away please call ahead as we may be able to accomodate your request and have you sewing before you know it.
Non-Farmington customers - Please call ahead and let us know you are bringing in your machine. We'd like to send it home with you by the end of the day. If you aren't able to call just make sure you and the machine are at the store when we open - 9:00am.
Our other services include scissor sharpening. The price for sharpening a pair of scissors is $7.50.
